Promotional Terms & Conditions

Dreco Supply © occasionally offers promotional codes to loyal customers.

When attempting to apply these codes, please note that some conditions apply:

* Items previously discounted (i.e sale items) may not be eligible for further discount

* If discount rules are specific they must be followed to receive discount

* Codes are redeemable on our official website drecosupply.com unless otherwise indicated

* For orders containing multiple items, the discount provided will be distributed amongst all eligible items

* Discounted items returned to Dreco Supply © will be refunded in the amount paid and not the original value of the item(s)

* If a code is invalid or expired, a replacement will not be issued unless otherwise indicated at company’s discretion

* Only one code may be applied per order; and per specified category

Eligibility: Discount codes are only valid for customers of Dreco Supply who meet the following eligibility criteria: (i) they must have a valid email address and mailing address; and (ii) they must not be employees, agents, or representatives of Dreco Supply, or their immediate family members or household members.

Discount codes: Discount codes may be provided to customers by Dreco Supply from time to time, either through email newsletters, social media, or other marketing channels. Discount codes may be limited in duration, value, and availability, and may be subject to other restrictions.

Redemption: Discount codes may be redeemed by entering the code at checkout on the Dreco Supply website or app. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions, and cannot be used to purchase gift cards or other non-merchandise items.

Exclusions: Discount codes may not be valid for certain merchandise, including but not limited to clearance items, pre-order items, limited edition items, or items from certain collections or collaborations. Dreco Supply reserves the right to exclude or modify any items from discount code eligibility at any time.

Limitations: Discount codes may be subject to limitations on usage, including but not limited to the number of times a code can be used per customer or the total number of times a code can be used overall. Dreco Supply reserves the right to modify or terminate discount code usage limits at any time.

Expiration: Discount codes may expire on a certain date or after a certain number of uses. Customers are responsible for checking the expiration date and usage limitations of any discount codes they receive from Dreco Supply.

Fraud: Dreco Supply reserves the right to investigate and void any discount codes that are suspected of being obtained fraudulently or used in violation of these terms and conditions.

Modifications: Dreco Supply reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any discount codes or these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice or liability.

Disclaimer: Dreco Supply makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to any discount codes, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Dreco Supply is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By using a discount code provided by Dreco Supply, you agree to these terms and conditions.

General Terms and Conditions applicable to promotional codes offered by Dreco Supply ©.

*   DrecoSupply © offers promotional codes that may be applied to selected items on DrecoSupply.com These codes are occasionally sent to customers via email and/or communicated on the Dreco Supply © website.

*   By participating, claimants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Claimants must comply with these Terms & Conditions for a coupon to be valid.

*   The promotional codes have no monetary value and cannot be converted into currency. Promotional codes are redeemable both online and in-store, unless otherwise indicated. Promotional codes cannot be applied to items which are already discounted.

*   To redeem the coupon code, the claimant types the coupon code into the promotional box in the checkout field of the Dreco Supply © website and the relevant discount will be automatically deducted from the final price of the qualifying purchase. If the claimant fails to enter the coupon code at the time of purchase as specified, the purchase will not be eligible for the discount. Discounts may not be claimed after confirmation of a claimant's purchase on the Dreco Supply © website.

*   The value of a promotional code cannot be applied to an order if that code is inapplicable, invalid, or expired.

*   One promotional code can be applied per order.

*   The coupon is not necessarily valid for all periods of the year. There may be periods, for which the coupon may not be usable. Dreco Supply © reserves the right to discontinue a coupon at any time.

*   Each coupon is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified in the email sent to the claimant by Dreco Supply © and/or banner on the Dreco Supply © website with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to expiry. Occasionally no notice will be given prior to expiry.

*   Coupons cannot be replaced if emails are deleted by the claimant.

*   Dreco Supply © shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using the coupon, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

*   Dreco Supply © accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected email or other communications. Dreco Supply © assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive a claim or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then Dreco Supply © may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the coupon.

*   To the extent permitted by law, these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of The United States and the tribunals and courts of Houston, Texas will have exclusive competence in case of dispute. The original English version of these Terms & Conditions has been translated into other languages. The translated version is a courtesy and office translation only and no rights can be derived from the translated version. In the event of a dispute about the contents or interpretation of these terms and conditions or inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any other language version of these Terms & Conditions, the English language version to the extent permitted by law shall apply, prevail and be conclusive.

General Terms and Conditions applicable to Private Sales (Ambassadors)

Private sales are private events only for selected members. Eligible members must be signed in to view the offer on the Dreco Supply © website

 As this is a private event, details must not be shared or advertised in any way, including, but not limited to, on any website, social media, messaging platform, email, word of mouth, etc. Dreco Supply © reserves the rights to suspend accounts and/or void Private Sale transactions violating these terms and conditions. This offer can be terminated, changed, or extended at Dreco Supply ©’s discretion without notice.

Additional Terms and Conditions applicable to Private Sales Promotions

The Private Sale promotion is available exclusively to select customers.
This promotion is only applicable to select merchandise marked “Private Sale” and cannot be used in conjunction with any other item that is already on sale, any applicable rebate, discount offer, or promotional code.
An email invitation will specify the effective dates of access to Private Sale.
An email communication will specify the precise end date and time of the Private Sale promotion, with at least 48 hours notice.
This offer can be terminated, changed, or extended at Dreco Supply © discretion without notice to you.
This offer is available to eligible users logged in with the account which received the Private Sale invitation.
This offer can only be redeemed online, within the Dreco Supply © app (latest version), or through orders placed over the phone. Please note that this offer is not applicable to purchases made at the Dreco Supply © retail store.
Dreco Supply © reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for reasons related to fraud, abuse, or for any other reason.
This offer is not applicable to shipping fees.
This offer cannot be applied to past transactions (whether on select merchandise marked “Private Sale” or otherwise).
Our online promotions may follow those that are in our retail store. Prices may differ as the Site and store may offer items at different prices or may run different promotional events at different times. Accordingly, prices and promotions offered on this Site may not always apply in store, and store prices and promotions may not always apply on this Site, unless otherwise stated.
